Role & responsibilities -
- Handle inbound customer chats/calls efficiently.
- Adapt to a 24/7 work environment and be flexible with rotational shifts.
- Provide accurate information about Blinkit services, order statuses and delivery timelines.
Preferred candidate profile -
- Graduate and Undergraduate both can apply
- Fluent English Communication
- Prior experience in customer service (preferred, but not mandatory).
