  • Handle inbound customer chats/calls efficiently.
  • Adapt to a 24/7 work environment and be flexible with rotational shifts.
  • Provide accurate information about Blinkit services, order statuses and delivery timelines.

Preferred candidate profile -

  • Graduate and Undergraduate both can apply
  • Fluent English Communication
  • Prior experience in customer service (preferred, but not mandatory).
